1. Orders and Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Adhesive Compounders Inc.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Custom formulations may require minimum order quantities (MOQs) and setup fees.

• Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Terms

• Our standard payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to require full or partial payment in advance.

• Late payments may incur finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum rate permitted by law.

• We reserve the right to withhold shipments on past-due accounts.

3. Delivery and Shipping

• Shipping terms are FOB (Freight on Board) at our shipping location.

• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

• Lead times may vary based on product type, formulation requirements, and raw material availability.

• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including force majeure.

4. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only with prior written approval and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

• Custom and specialty products are non-returnable.

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Orders for custom blends or non-stock items may not be canceled once processing has begun.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• Products are warranted to conform to specifications at the time of shipment.

• Due to the variety of uses and application methods, the buyer is responsible for determining suitability for their specific process.

• Our liability is limited to replacement of nonconforming products or refund of the purchase price.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
